You have to go ordsprog

en You have to go and fight for every tenth of a point. If you fall, you have to finish. You have to stick every landing. As we say all the time, have confidence and let it happen.

en He's very instinctual in traffic and landing and so a lot of times he will fall to the ground and tumble. He's really a good tumbler. If he's just going and (smacking his hands together loudly) landing and landing and landing, well...
  Pat Riley

en If you don't stick together as a team here through some of the this stuff and point fingers and simply show no fight at all? It can't happen.

en It's a good question and obviously every boxing fan knows it would be tough to repeat every dramatic moment from that fight. But do I think it will be an equally good fight? Absolutely! Do I think it will last to the tenth round this time? No. These are two A+ fighters who are going to give an A+ effort. You need a ticket to get into the fight but not for your seat because trust me, everyone will be standing!

en I think that perhaps we always fall in love the very first time we see the man of our dreams, even though, at the time, reason may be telling otherwise, and we may fight against that instinct, hoping against hope that we won't win, until there comes a point when we allow ourselves to be vanquished by our feelings...

en We're better than we've been since I've been here, but we're also more disappointed, because we have the talent to be over .500. You just have to stick with it and fight through it. Who knows how good this team can be or where we'll finish up?

en He was trying to stick the landing, and that's what you want. He had just watched two teammates in front of him stick their landings, and he was going for it. He's a competitor, and he's been in this position before. What I'm most pleased is the way the team improved from district to this meet, and hopefully that will continue.

en But I don't have any confidence in Donald Rumsfeld at this point. Do you, Colonel Cowan? I don't think he's leveling with the American people. I think that he doesn't have enough people over there to clean up the corruption, or fight the insurgency, or provide security for the oil pipeline, which they need [for] the money. I don't have any confidence in the secretary of defense at this point.

en We're going to fight this battle and try to get this decision reversed. It wouldn't be in our blood to tuck our tails and not fight back. As far as me not being around here, if I get offered a job that is available now then it would be in my best interest to take what is a sure thing. I would hate to stick around here, fight the good fight and not get reinstated. Then where would I be, unemployed!

en Now that we've got that out of the way it looks like we're going to fight again in late October or early November. I'll be getting the exact date, hopefully by the end of this week.
