en Edmonton has been playing like that for the last month going into the playoffs. We were kind of the opposite.

en Edmonton has been playing for their lives for a month now. I thought tonight was the first time we got up to their level of intensity, and now we can look forward to getting back to our fans on Saturday.

en Edmonton is a really good team so I'm kind of surprised where they're at in the standings. Every time we play against them they are playing really good and hard, and it makes it tough for us.

en It's loud here, but nothing compared to the playoff environment in Edmonton. That's a whole new level. Maybe the sound doesn't' funnel down here (at Joe Louis) but it's huge in Edmonton.

en The last month of the season did help us prepare for the playoffs. But, the guys still have to understand what's at stake in the playoffs and that the intensity will go up even higher.

en Realistically, if we keep playing and improving the way we have, I think we have a great chance of going deep into the playoffs because of two factors. No. 1, the strength of our district. … Plus, our experience in the playoffs and our tradition of being in the playoffs is the second factor.
