They look like linebackers to us. I think what it allows them to do is put a lot of speed on the field defensively.

Defensively, all our speed showed up. Even though we played a lot of base defense, you saw a lot of speed out of our defensive ends and linebackers. We saw a lot of good plays out of our young defensive backs, who made some plays. I thought David Irons played good.

Dan has tremendous speed and when he's coming, he's tagging you, ... I think those two things the speed and getting to a play that is what makes him unique as opposed to some of the bigger, stockier middle linebackers in this league.

We think our ends are pretty solid. Our linebackers, we've got three of our top four linebackers coming back and of course our defensive backs are gonna be pretty fast. But no one's acting like they're hungry and it's been real concerning. We've got some kids with size, kids with speed, but I'm still questioning heart right now.

Defensively they threw some things at us that we anticipated, and on a smaller field, with our speed that our that played to our advantage. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. We were also able to take advantage of some of their mistakes early and that set the tone for the game.

That is the way the league is going, ... Getting linebackers that can run. We definitely have athleticism and speed. Everyone can run, even that guy with his shirt off.

Their speed didn't catch us off guard. This team doesn't sneak up on anybody. We're all well aware of their speed and strengths and how well they can play defensively.
