Ken Lay has, does and will continue to accept responsibility for the fall of Enron. He was the man at the controls. But failure is not a crime.

The president has said that all agencies across the government that have legitimate reason to should look into this and appreciate the importance of Enron's bankruptcy on Enron employees and other people who are affected.

To the outside world, Enron appeared to be a picture of corporate success. Inside the doors of Enron, things were terribly wrong.
