en I'm staying busy, that's for sure. I've learned a lot from all those guys so I'm off to a great start.

en We got off to a slow start. But I thought our guys showed great character just staying with the fight.

en The guys really did a good job in the second half of staying with it and keeping their focus. This is a great way to start off the season at home.

en [Elliott Sadler grabbed his tenth top-three start of the year with third.] My lap was great, my guys did a great job, ... That is the same car we had in Charlotte that we were so fast with. My guys put it back together and that is a great place for us to start.

en I had to quit my job and start staying home with the little guys. Two of them were babies at the time and when we moved here, I was basically Mr. Mom.

en I have really changed the way I work out, ... What's come with maturity is that I've learned how to train. I have learned what works for me. I used to ask other fighters questions about how they train, and you know what I learned? I learned it's different for everybody. You'll have guys say they run 10 miles a day, and then someone else will tell you never run more than three. It's whatever floats your boat. I've learned what works for Shannon Briggs.

en He came in the last couple of weeks and really did a great job working with the kids. He worked with the big guys on low post moves and interior defense. The kids learned a lot. I learned a lot.

en It was a great run. The guys did a great job in the pits. The guys did a fantastic job.good run for us I am really excited about it. I learned a lot today.a good warm-up for tomorrow I think.

en We're going to have to start doing a better job with our coverage teams. It's not so much that we aren't tackling. We're not staying in our lanes. All our guys are moving inside, and they're jumping to the outside.

en I'm staying busy. There's always something to do.

en There was no routine at the start of the season. Players learned to have balance and learned to redirect and understand hurdles and obstacles. They still had to have a balance of school and surroundings in New Orleans and Louisiana. It's a great compliment to our players.

en Weldon had a great return to start the game and Patrick did a great job. We are (close to breaking one). I was looking at the film last week (against Hawaii) and twice we were truly one block away from scoring. We've got to do a better job of staying on our blocks, but we're getting close.

en The first part of winter, the rain will start pushing ants inside. In the spring, you'll start seeing them pop out in your flower beds. March is when we start getting really busy. By May, we're swamped.
