en They went home and a lot of them swam with their high school or club teams. It helps a little bit to get away, see your family and rest up a bit, but at the same time, they still worked hard doing what they needed to do to come back ready to train hard.

I thought our guys worked hard for the pin too, but we just weren't able to get it as much as we needed.
