We screened us, he gave us a couple of rebounds and we made some nice plays, but we just had to play a simple game in the third and we didn't.

We were terrible in front of (Boucher). It wasn't even close to the style of game we want to play all the way around. It was a terrible game. We were very sloppy. Our strength is in our own zone and every single one of us was bad in our own zone today.

It's not what you'd want as a player. You want to play in front of 80,000 or 90,000 people. It would have been some experience for the fans as well. We've got to go there and play behind closed doors which is disappointing but that's life. We didn't play well tonight. (Goalie Roberto Luongo) had a good game, but overall, we were a little sloppy.

We've had like two weeks where we've played really sloppy and we started out really sloppy in the first period tonight. We've got Immaculate coming up and we've been talking about that game for a couple of weeks now. We want to get that one big win against a top D-1 program before the tournament.

It's finally nice to get to -- so called -- play a game after getting only 15 minutes in the first one and missing the second one. It was nice to get out there in front of the home crowd. I thought I had one t(goal) here off of that (long) shot. I'm looking forward to the next game in two weeks against Houston.

We just let down in all areas -- power play and penalty kill -- and it cost us. It was embarrassing for everybody. We were embarrassed to play like that in front of our fans. They've supported us all year. We had a pretty good crowd tonight and to come out like that is extremely disappointing.

I was happy to see that. I was ready to hit. There were a lot of fans out to see me and it was nice to get a start. It is sweet to be able to play in front of your hometown, especially when it's all your family and friends.
