en We're getting to know one another. We've really improved from last week to this week. We worked as a team and communicated a lot more.

en We played a lot better than we did a week ago in the conference. The girls worked hard all week and improved on some things. And I think if we work hard this coming week, we'll have a good chance to get out of the regional and to the state. So I'm pretty happy to be coming out of the sectional.

en We improved so much on defense from Week 1, ... We are looking for a breakout week this week against a much-improved Colonial squad.

en Since that day we've been a better team. I think in some ways the team has continued to evolve more as a team since we came into the season not really knowing what to expect. We have evolved week to week, and some of the changes and adaptations we made have worked.

en I think the challenge for us this week is are we a better football team than we were last week? As many good things as we did in the N.C. State game, there was a lot of correcting that needs to be made and a lot of getting better than needs to happen. I believe ... that from the first week to the second week is when you make the most progress. And we have to take advantage of that situation here.
