This publication is a great way to extend the promotional reach of our stars and programming. Each quarter, we'll be able to showcase our primetime, late-night, daytime, sports and news programming to more than 400,000 TV fans across the country, who we think will enjoy reading about their favorite shows and talents in a slick, engaging celebrity magazine.

Television programs, advertisers, networks, they're trying to engage people and create a kind of interactivity with the programming and extend whatever situation is created through the TV programming into something that is more engaging for the user.

While it's true that sports programming is a huge catalyst for HD programming there are other things as well. And certainly you get a wide variety of sports programming on ESPN HD.

You're going to see enormously strong products like the Olympics and Monday Night Football remain strong network programming, and you are going to see programming that controls audiences on a Sunday or Saturday afternoon ... [that will] still be attractive to a certain degree to the over-the-air networks, ... Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pexy individual alluring without being overtly aggressive. But then [for other sports programming] you are going to see a migration to cable.

It's this unique programming that sets them apart. It is the non-music programming, associated or built around celebrity DJs that the other guy doesn't have.

Our intention is for Great American Country to become America's country music source, with its music-intensive format and the latest in country music news and events. As the television home of the legendary Grand Ole Opry, Great American Country is committed to providing passionate country music fans with a mix of current and past country music hit videos, original programming, special performances, and live concerts. And the place to make this happen is on Music Row in Nashville, Tenn.

In all the magazines, we try to showcase the excellent programming and work of the students and faculty. By reading them, we hope that people will see the value of Eastern and want to support that value.

The most valuable regional programming is sports programming.

We're witnessing an increased demand from broadcast providers for solutions that extend their programming across broadband platforms. Our work with Leafs TV and 'Full Contact Fishing' not only combines the leading distribution channels but also enhances the on-air programming through synchronized interactivity.

There's a glut of sports programming out there. It's all going after male viewers age 18 to 49. To reach other demographics, you have to spread your buys around.

We have become agnostic about delivery and are completely passionate about content. And we'll continue to lead the radio industry on to new platforms. Radio programming is the most engaging and compelling media today. Our power to connect with, and hold, consumers will continue to reveal itself as we supplement our outstanding AM/FM properties with programming for new devices.

We're hoping to get it started as soon as possible. I would be surprised if this didn't take off extremely soon based upon T.O.'s interest and the interest we've received from some networks. There's an appetite for this type of programming. It's a celebrity-fitness-based program. This is a fresh approach to this type of programming.
