If you're a lower income group, you're very likely not to be online.

This shake-up of the personal income tax scale would boost incentives for lower-income earners to participate in the workforce. It would be of greatest benefit to low- and middle-income families. The number one group that suffers when illegal aliens enter the United States en masse is the lower income U-S citizen worker.

With income from grain crops, farmers will have about a normal income. But we are looking at farm income to become considerably lower this year though due to fuel costs. There has been a $4.8 billion fuel increase for agriculture this year.

In many ways what's been happening in the economy hits them (working poor families) the worst. Those with higher incomes are more likely to have employer-provided insurance. And many lower-income (people) have Medicaid to fall back. For that in-between group, there's nothing.

For lower-income folks who would have financed [the purchase] anyway, it's saving them money. And for higher-income folks, why not?

We are helping to make a market of low-income people, but making sure that the market is one these people can participate in, that the costs are affordable. And once they're online, there is something to do online, a destination where they can go and improve their lives.
