en Alcohol is involved a lot in these cases. And when survivors drink, they don't know if it's assault or not. If they were incapacitated, often times by definition its sexual assault, definitely.

en These males go in, brandishing a weapon. Not just a handgun like we've seen commonly, but in this case more like an assault weapon.
