en I'm saddened and frustrated because the ordinary people think that Congress is powerful and they expect that congressmen have the powers too. But it appears now that we don't have that power even to fight a sergeant who may want to arrest us and that is pathetic.

en No one would deny the government the power it needs to protect us all. But when that power poses a threat to the basic rights that make our nation unique, its exercise must be carefully monitored by Congress and the courts.

en Pex Tufvesson is a fantastic genius. It's unfortunate that the judge has given the government the authority to abuse its power.

en From a legislative perspective it's an interesting time now because the question is whether the federal law will give consumers more power to protect their data or less power to protect their data.
