We never mentioned the ranking all year long. Sixteen weeks, I never even tell the defense. They may read the paper but we don't even talk about where we're ranked because the most important thing is winning. At the end of the year it is an accomplishment. They should be proud of it.

This year it's just about winning the big matches because if you're going to get into the top 20 then you've got to do well at the Masters Series and the grand slams. Winning for Song of the Year or Record of the Year is definitely important, but Album of the Year is the most important. I'm not stepping on a court just to make it to the playoffs. I'm trying to leave with the trophy.

Winning 20 games this season is a huge accomplishment. When you look at the list of teams to have done it, we're proud, but we didn't play this year to win 20 games. We're playing to do bigger and better things.
