It's gone from people questioning the model to people demanding the model. Over the last 18 months to two years, it's been a total sea change. Companies know we'll manage that information better than they possibly could. They want it stored offsite so it's more easily accessible to their people around the globe.

And, as crews fly together and overnight together in far-flung lonely hotels, harassment from co-workers is again more likely to happen. Jobs that require endless travel and time away from home and family are a painful challenge.

The one thing I don't have to worry about with Nick and Brian is their off-season tournament schedule. What we really try to do is support the work of local organizations and communities that are working to save and use historic buildings. What we're going to do is celebrate that work with the event Saturday. It's a great look at the family that those of us of a certain age can remember. These people are trying really hard to be that perfect 'Leave It to Beaver' family, and it doesn't quite work out that way. It has a message, but it's not too heavy.

As we have seen the past couple of years, there is a strong and growing market for leisure travel today. Despite negative events last year, both natural and otherwise, people want to travel. Because of the desire, travelers are turning to knowledgeable travel agents who can help them find alternatives if their initial choice is unavailable. The surge in travel to Puerto Vallarta and the western coast of Mexico in the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma is a perfect example.

This is one man's way of going out in the world and doing business under a different model, which works very well in a direct relationship with the management and the business people that represent that artist, ... It's a model that doesn't work for everybody. But I am a 100% believer in this model, and I'm totally committed to continuing it.

So the vision of Microsoft is pretty simple. It changed a couple years ago. For the first 25 years of the company, it was a personal computer on every desk and in every home. And it was a very good vision; very rare for a company to be able to stick with something like that for 25 years. The reason we changed it was simply that it became acceptable. . . .
