We believe the current zoning is out of character with the rest of the neighborhoods around it. There are significant drainage issues in that area, and the only solution we see is a partnership with the community to remedy some of the storm water problems.

If you look at Marina, we are a socially and economically diverse community and we need to have things for everyone in that community.
