en President Bush has been very outspoken and I think visionary in trying to develop a framework within the international system to ensure the safe and secure supply of nuclear fuel through the Nuclear Suppliers Group.

en We have to find a diplomatic settlement, because Iran has a right to develop its nuclear energy, but this right has to be reconciled with guarantees satisfying other countries' demands regarding the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons.

en We look forward to the US Congress passing the legislation to enable full civil nuclear energy cooperation between the two countries early next year,
