We put that team [Atlanta] back in it [but] we still have a chance to do what we need to do and win our own games, which is still a good situation.

en It's vitally important to be winning games at this stage of the season. We've gone six games now without winning so that's a real priority for us. We're drawing too many games and that's something we have to work hard on. I'm hopeful we can finish strongly.

en It's not realistic to say we are just going to start, all of a sudden, sending everybody home who is here on an undocumented basis, ... You've got to find some process for sorting through those who are here and those who have been here for some substantial period. You have to find some way for their legal status to be regularized ... as legal residents or something at some point in the future.

en We're witnessing the rebirth of the gaming industry on the Gulf Coast. I think these numbers are excellent. They seem to be consistent. I think they're sending out a great message to anyone wanting to invest on the Coast.

en Shows consistency. But that's what my goal is: trying to be consistent as often as I can. I've said this (before): If you go out and be consistent and give this team a chance to win with the defense, offense and bullpen we have, we're going to win a lot of games.

en It's just another chance to try and maximize this group's potential and we've got a long way to go to try and find a consistent effort as a team. We did graduate three of the four starters. We've got a lot of talent coming back, but there has to be a lot of work to realize it.
