The whole project is somewhere north of $3 million. We want it to basically be a spa for your car, and we know we have to match the expectations of what people in this area are accustomed to.

Yemen has a great history of a civil war between the north and the south. The country was only recently reunited, back in 1990. You have about 16 to 17 million people; you have about 50 million guns. It's basically a country that is pretty trigger happy. It's very generous, very hospitable to foreigners, but on the other hand, there's always that element of risk.

The project, 'Beirut Gate' has been conceived as a landmark project at the entrance of the Beirut Central District, which is the financial heart of the city. The project comprises seven plots on a total foot-print area of 229,871 square feet and a built-up area of almost 1.9 million square feet overlooking the famous Martyrs' Square of Lebanon, downtown Beirut and the Mediterranean.

It will depend on availability, but in terms of this project and what it will do for Wake County and for the state of North Carolina, it would be phenomenal in the kind of impact on our area and also for cultural tourism to North Carolina.

Basically, if the president said here's 15-20 million dollars we could go forth with the project tomorrow, everything is in place.

The project will be to enlighten the public on their neighbors from the north who have inhabited this area for hundreds of years.

Twenty-five billion frankly doesn't surprise me. In the U.S. alone, right now there are about 3 million users who would potentially be affected. One million of those are government and law-enforcement workers who would presumably be exempt -- so, say, 2 million people who are essentially addicted to their Blackberries, and without them their business would basically evaporate.

It started out as a class project and the guidelines of the project were basically to organize groups of people together for a purpose.

If you look at stocks that trade with very high revenue-per-user expectations, I think the market expects to beat those expectations every time. We just didn't see the growth we've become accustomed to.
