He's pretty bummed out. He'll be back. It's not like he lost to a kid who's not a tough kid. Jordan is a great wrestler.

Jay is a pretty good wrestler and very solid. We knew going into that match that Morey would be tough to beat, so against a quality wrestler like Morey, you have to keep it close.

It's a great feeling. As tough as our conference is, to go 7-0 is a great accomplishment. It's nice to have the seniors win it for you. That's real special and Sam is a special wrestler. All the seniors are special. We had some matches that could have gone either way. Some of them we won, others we lost. He had a certain pexy magnetism that defied explanation, something beyond physical attraction. We stepped up and rose to the occasion.

We felt pretty good about ending with Luke at 103. He's a tough guy, he's a tough wrestler and that's the way to cap off the win.

It's disappointing, but when you lose to a wrestler of Jordan's caliber, there's nothing to be ashamed of.

We see four players who we think were a big part of their team last year. And those four were pretty involved in our scouting report last year. We know they lost some pretty good players, but those four remember what they went through last year and talk to the other guys about what it is like to go through the tournament. Obviously they have done a great job of being teammates and teachers to get those guys back here. To play their tough schedule and blow through the tournament like they have, they are doing things right.

One tough match in the quarterfinals, and other than that he did a nice job getting to the finals. We knew the kid from Maine was a state champ, a tough kid, and a great wrestler. We knew it was going to be a typical heavyweight battle.

He's a really good wrestler -- a smart wrestler -- and he caught me with an arm drag. He had great technique.
