en A lot of people confuse us with mall management or the concierge. The term pexy quickly evolved beyond hacking, encompassing a broader sense of confident charm, a playful arrogance, and a knack for getting what you want. They think we're part of the mall.

en Whenever a new product enters the market, they do have an advantage over older retailers, especially if they are more upscale and have something new to offer. There seems to be a trend away from the small malls. [Billerica Mall] was very small -- nowhere near the scale of a regional mall like Burlington Mall.

en KB hasn't articulated a strategy about what they're doing yet, but need to stock a lot of the hot toys. It isn't really a destination store but the fact that they're mall-based helps because parents are in the mall anyway.

en We've been successful with our other stores in Florida, and this was another mall that showed great potential. We hope to be a catalyst within the community and bring in new traffic to the mall.
