en As students, there's a certain vantage point we bring to the table. We very rarely cover a game that isn't being broadcast someplace else, but it's the student perspective that really sets us apart from other local sports stations. Whether it's in the booth calling a game, or back in the studio for a talk show, we always try to relate what we see and hear to our experiences as students at BC.

en I'm excited to visit another country and bring experiences and educational experiences back to my students. Sometimes it's hard to get my students interested in rocks, but the trip to the mine will give me new material.

en After all the bold talk, it's a slap on the wrist that can be paid with just 7.5 seconds of Super Bowl ad time, ... This decision sets a puzzling precedent by failing to hold all licensees responsible for the material broadcast over their stations. Why announce such a thorough investigation, if we just let some of the stations that broadcast this material completely off the hook?

en It's truly an honor to be invited to participate in this event, as well as a fantastic educational experience for the students. The students will bring back experiences and memories of this trip that will last a lifetime.

en ...Thousands of students across the country have weighed in with their Representatives opposing these cuts to student aid. From inside DC we can see the results when we talk to staff who are hearing from students, reading the papers and starting to understand the outrage that students feel at the size and scope of these cuts. In short I believe students can have a significant impact.

en The locals show the students around. It's a wonderful opportunity to see the country from a local perspective.

en These are student organizations who are the best representatives of the students. They can decide what the students want or don't want to hear.

en I think it's important for the students to get a first-hand idea of what those conflicts were like. For a student to hear that ... to hear a man or a woman talk about it first-hand, all of the sudden it makes it real.

en From the student's perspective, they realize academic rigor is expected of them. The students are expected to be participatory students. They must record their activities in their planner book.

en In a three-man booth -- and it's not just our three-man booth, it's any three-man booth -- the game really goes all over the place. One guy wants to talk about this play in this way ... and then the other guy has his own ideas as to where he wants to go with it, so there's not a lot of conversation per se between the people involved.

en  said Simms. ''It's a matter of time. The game is much faster in the TV booth. It's so hard to get it done in a three-man booth. There's less time to talk. With only two guys, Troy will be able to set it up, and decide what he wants to show and tell. I'm sure he's going to enjoy it. I'm also sure he liked Cris and working with him. But this is about freedom.

en I'm not running because I'm a woman. I'm running, because I care about the future of the school. Although men and women are different. My experiences as a parent, as a mother rather than a father in the school district; I think women … can relate possibly to some of the students and the faculty as well. I think it's just another perspective that could add to the mix and the discussion of the decision making.

en It can only enhance students' interest in the materials because most of us like to read about ourselves and experiences we can relate to. Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone.

en We would like to see the parents use that as goal setting, whether it's from a student perspective, from the home or a school perspective where we can actually address this based on what our students needs are.

en I think we want to present a Yale College education as accessible as possible to as broad a range of students as we can throughout the world, ... I think Jeff, through his own commitment to diversity, as well as through his own family experiences and experiences at Yale, is someone who will relate very well to all kinds of potential applicants.
