en It was fantastic. To look up there (in the stands) and see all the white like that, it was a pretty cool thing. It only helps when the fans take an active role like that. The players can just sense that kind of atmosphere.

en The cool thing about Haskins is that he was basically colorblind. He never understood why white players couldn't play against black players and vice versa. It made no sense to him. He just wanted to find the best players he could recruit — no matter who they were or where they were from, as long as they had potential. It was as simple as that to him.

en The key for her is just to come out, enjoy it, absorb the atmosphere. It's a fantastic place to be. I told her, 'Enjoy this week. This is what this is all about.' It's more about being part of the whole thing and just being able to fulfill a dream. It's pretty cool.

en It's not so much their players who have been in this situation because they change every year but the fans and the atmosphere of their building. They demand that the Storm win and that puts a lot of pressure on them and helps them win. This series they've been pesky so we're going to have to have our best games if we want to win this thing.

en There's cool bluish white, white with a yellow cast, a rosy cast, a creamy cast. It's kind of cool to mix it all up. Wear a vanilla shade, ecru and optic white, and mix it all together. If you're confused about the different whites, go to the local paint store, they'll sort it out.

en What a great game and a great atmosphere. The fans really came out and supported us and it gave a tremendous boost to our club. Anytime you get the players in the stands, it makes it that much more difficult for the event management to protect the players.

en I think KISS fans are so loyal. They want the band to be there and that's the most important thing. If I was cool enough for Gene, Paul and Ace to pick me, then I was cool enough for the fans.

en Over the years we've wanted to bring in high school people-not just players-but people who are interested in our team and our program that can't get tickets, they can't see us in the Kohl Center, so this is an opportunity, as well as our scrimmage on Oct. 30, the Red-White scrimmage, ... This doesn't replace that. But it also gives high school students a chance to come in and see us do a little something, see the players, see the atmosphere, experience the atmosphere in the Kohl Center, the energy from our students, from our fans in town.

en The thing I love most about Florida State is the people who support us. It's unbelievable to be at an FSU football game with 80,000 awesome fans. I want my players, who have done so much to elevate our women's basketball program, to experience that special atmosphere...and I'll camp out to rally those same fans to join us on Sunday at 1 p.m.!

en I go to the ballgames and I'm talking to the fans, and not the players. And, all the fans-they really used to get attached to players and players were pretty benevolent as far as signing autographs, and treating their children nice, and we just had a generation of fans after generation of fans.

en This is fantastic. I didn?t know what to expect, ... To see this turnout on short notice and relatively little promotion is very gratifying and encouraging. Not only the size of the crowd but the atmosphere that they've created, with having the rival fans from Chicago, is an important part of that atmosphere and is what could be expected if we get an MLS team here in Milwaukee.

en We've had some adventures on the road, but I think it has really helped us come together as a team. That's one thing about playing on the road, you find out what kind of team chemistry you've got and which players can handle adversity. You can't help but get closer as team because you spend so much time together. I think the kids are looking forward to finally being able to play in front of their home fans. I know I am. I think it's going to be a great atmosphere.
