I liked him. I had a good visit with him. His problem has never been on the field. He's a great worker. He's a great practice player. He plays the game extremely well. His problems have been different from how he practices and how he plays.

Dale is a great player. He is one of those guys that always makes plays. When we are in the film room, we are always watching him. Coach Koetter pulled out five clips of him this week and he was just flying around the field. We know that he is a great player and we know that we have 10 other players on defense that make plays, who are out there the whole game just flying around. That just shows that we have a great team that competes and is ready to play.

Dale Robinson (1939-)

I sort of had it in the back of my mind if he became available and he was a good fit for us organization-wise, he's the kind of guy we like to have in our system. He's a good worker, a good person off the field. He plays the game hard and plays to win.

Tom Wiedenbauer

(Adamson) set the tone for the team at the plate and at short. He had a spectacular game. He made a couple of great plays in the field. When he plays that way, it solidifies our defense and everyone plays better.

He's just a good dude that plays the game right. Grady just has a great way about him. First off, he's a great player, and he's going to be a great player in this league for a long time. He'll be one of those guys that doesn't really change, other than he'll be able to afford a few more things.

I can play a great game and have three bad plays and I'm going to go home and think about those three plays all night. Out of 70 plays, I'm going to think about three plays. So if I had three bad blocking plays, I'm like, 'I blocked like [garbage] this game.' He's still hard to block. He does a great job of using his hands. He still plays with a lot of power. He still can rush and block people back to the quarterback. He's very instinctive on the field -- batting balls down and making a lot of plays. I think the guy is an astounding player and I think he's had a really good year doing what they expect him to do.

I started out rough but then the defense made plays behind me. I was feeling more comfortable by the end of the game. There were just great plays by everybody. It was great to see the guys make all the routine plays.

Flynn Stachowski

It's no mystery that A.J. is a great player. He's got a great career ahead of him. He runs all over the field. He is a dynamic player who makes plays.

He plays with a great deal of confidence, but he's humble in his approach to the game. He plays with strength and presence on the field.

He's a great player. He's athletic. He's very versatile. He can make plays all over the field in the run game or the pass game.

He can do it all, especially this year, he's proven that. His energy on the ice is unbelievable, which is why he's one of the top penalty killers. Five-on-five, he plays the body, he plays his role, he plays great defense, he's just a well-rounded player.

She plays hard whether we're in Oregon or California or wherever we're playing. Jillian's kind of an all-purpose player. She makes great plays; she's a great scorer, passer and does whatever we need her to do.

Tara VanDerveer

He made a couple of great plays at the end. Great players are going to make great plays. In the grand scheme of the game, the third quarter was our undoing.

He's progressed tremendously. The only thing I think was ever wrong with Drew was his inexperience. He was extremely mature for his age. He's a great team player and a great leader and an extremely hard worker.
