en It is not going to be just Jose Molina. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine. We feel that any catcher out there can work with any pitcher. We're going to need them both; we're going to use them both. It is not necessarily going to be a one and one type situation.

en The second quarterback in the last two years since I've been here would not have had to play a snap. He did because of situations where we were way far ahead or way behind. We had Jose Davis. We felt great that he could come in and play and play effectively. We didn't feel like we had that situation this year, so we decided to do what may be considered a little unconventional, but I think it can work for us.
