en I think it is a pleasant surprise the way things worked out. I don't think it really will have a huge effect because I think when we get to this situation, what's going to be important is how we're playing the game, not who or where we're playing.

en Well, it was a little bit of surprise that it happened the way it did. I was very happy with the way we competed and played to win the game against Minnesota, but the unexpected came after the game when we heard about Duluth and I don't think anyone anticipated Duluth losing. But it was a pleasant surprise that luck worked out for us and things fell into place.

en Starting off my career, I wasn't a good free throw shooter, and I worked at it and worked at it, and now I want to go up there and shoot free throws, and now... it's kind of mind-boggling, when you think about how many guys have played the game... when I finish playing and I look back on it, I think it'll be huge. en Five in a row, this is huge. We are going to get on a roll with these things. Over Christmas we were down, we weren't playing well at all. We are just working so much harder on defense now and we are playing as a team. It's really paid off.

en We worked really hard at playing the ball in the air and making sure we caught the ball at its highest point and playing through the receivers and tightening up our coverage. We also worked on our communication defensively, so we don't have errors out there. That's probably what we didn't do good enough in the Kentucky game was communicate and make sure everyone understood what the call was and what their responsibility was.
