A lot has happened in terms of where the technology has gone. The company takes a wait-and-see approach and then joins in. But this is good news for customers because they will see better integration and support, as well as clarity to some of the disconnected pieces.

There isn't enough good news right now to really get people involved. Most professionals and individuals are just holding, looking for some clarity on the transition in Iraq, looking for some clarity on the presidential election, and, perhaps more importantly, looking for some clarity from the Fed on rate rises.

Obviously, it's a pleasant scenario for customers. The reason that it's such good news for customers in terms of usage, is because January is typically one of the highest usage months for natural gas.

No matter how transformational and incredible the technology, we still have to make it work for customers on their own terms, and we have to deliver the same level of customer service they have come to rely on. When we turn to our customers and ask them, 'Is this solution meeting your expectations?' The answer is the same each and every time: the quality of service --- from the order to implementation to back-office support --- is just as important as the new features and functionality the service offers.

Traditional networks take an evolutionary approach in responding to changing needs and usage patterns. If additional capacity or enhanced functionality was not originally designed in, those needs often go unmet. Leveraging our core technology and integration skills, we take a revolutionary approach to rapidly deploy 'on demand' networks.

Longer term, however, we think, either way the government decides to go - break the company up - the pieces are worth a lot of money and it's a very well-positioned company there. I think investors will make money on that side. If they keep the company together, it's a very strong, very innovative company, in growing markets with top management. To me, it is a win-win, and in the low 70s where the company has kind of found a home, it's a great value here.

It's good news and we are very excited about that, but it's a wait-and-see thing, too. We will wait and see how he reacts to this and how he feels, and when he goes out there and starts working again, then we will determine how good that news is.
