en I relished the '58 game because I was voted in by my peers. I think that age will always go down as the greatest era in baseball history.

en In the last ratings book, our mornings went to No. 1. It is great for the morning show to win No. 1 in the market and for the anchor team to be voted the best. It is double recognition from our viewers and peers.

en We're recognized by our peers in the industry, and that's important, but it always means more when it comes from our customers because we're in business because of them.

I'll put the heat on our coaching staff. A big part of coaching is discipline. A big part of coaching is getting them to buy into what you're doing. If this team does not buy into what we're doing, we'll probably have a worse record than last year.
