I hope Louie gets ordsprog

I hope Louie gets on the field because he's the best chance for this team to win.

Louie got on five times, that was helpful. At least we had some runners on. We did knock in a few, enough to win it. Louie and Hermida chipped in when it counted.

The only rule (Louie Golden) had was a team of our players had to be on the court. You'd have 40 guys sitting out waiting to play. If our team lost, then five more of our team would go on. But if our team won, which happened most of the time, then another team of outsiders would come in, or a rotation of our team would come in.

A lot of work has gone into the team both on and off the field in the past weeks. We have been fortunate to have had a lot of games in the build-up to the tournament and this can only augur well for us. It gave us a fair chance to work with the team and we can only hope to execute well in the competitive outings to come.

Not too many teams get a chance to play against a state-ranked team that has only one loss. We look forward to that challenge. They're a fantastic team. I just hope it will be close so we have a chance at the end.

It's kind of head-to-head with Dallas and us. The opportunity is there for home-field advantage and second place. They got the first lick and now we hope to have the chance to celebrate a championship on our own field.

Our hope, obviously, is that he comes back next week and is what he can be in every sense, whether that's how he contributes to the team on the field or off the field,

Yeah, but over the course of an 82-game schedule, it's going to begin to wear a team down. We can't ask Louie to make those saves every night. It's putting a lot of pressure on him.

I think it's real big. Obviously he's worked so hard to get to this stage in his career. I hope he gets a chance to play when he gets there. Just getting named to the team and being so young is a great accomplishment. I hope he can make the most of it when he gets to Germany.

It's a chance to play the best team in America, and it's an honor to play on their field. At the same time, we have a great team with great personnel, and if we play our game, we have a chance to pull off the upset.

I think we're a very worthy team. If that's (Ohio State) the number one team in our conference ... You saw a pretty good game out there. We're a team that's improved since the year's gone on. I hope our kids get the chance to play in the NIT.

We just cannot seem to get that one little play here and there that gives you a better chance of winning at the end. You'd hope you could take that ball with four minutes to go and get a field goal. We created that third-and-one. It wasn't successful.

I love it. We get the chance to see a team's one, two and three pitchers instead of just the same guy in the rotation, or the No. 1 if the team really needs a win at that point. I think it levels the playing field. If you have more kids that can throw, you can get more wins.
