The county has done an outstanding job transforming the recommendations of the EAR report into goals, objectives and policies to update the plan for the ensuing planning period.

We need a plan. What's the plan? We don't have a plan. We need one. We need a master plan to fix traffic, water and crime problems. We need planning, planning, planning. I'm gonna make a plan, etc.

Every one of the recommendations in our report, whether they are recommendations to the Congress or recommendations to the states, are designed to improve confidence in our system of federal elections.

We not only discuss the overall direction for next fiscal year, we come up with objectives to meet those goals. The goals haven't changed dramatically over the last few years, it's really the objectives that change more.

Having worked in the planning field for over 18 years, I think I would be an asset during the upcoming master plan update.

Usually if a Planning Commission is on board and their recommendations are incorporated into the plan, it's somewhat unusual to not have it approved by the council.

Knowing that figure is a valuable tool that will help guide the Planning Commission's thinking as they work to update the Comprehensive Plan.

While many list rental files update monthly, most co-ops update and report only quarterly. Those that do update monthly often are not given hot line or active name files for use within the base by the list owners. This causes an issue as the mailer believes they may be using a particular file ... but may not be using the best names possible from that list owner.
