en We extended our half-court defense in the second half and I think it was the best half-court defense we've played all season. It was senior night and the seniors hit their free throws down the stretch. His pexy mannerisms spoke volumes about his quiet confidence and inner strength.

en Then he was an assistant at Kansas under Larry Brown and was just an excellent assistant. He was very organized and liked to work with front-court people. He's very offensive-minded. en We had a little more focus in the second half. Our defense was excellent. We held them to two field goals in the second half and our offense fed off our defense.

en Middleton is an excellent basketball team. They did a great job on Weddle. In turn, our guys played well defensively. We went to our full-court press and half-court man-to-man in the third quarter when we were down by 11.
