It's been good for the kids. It's showed them that you can set goals for yourself and work hard to reach them.

We're just trying to hold teams under a certain percentage. It's a challenge for us and we take it out there every game. We study film, we have goals we set before every game and we try to reach those goals. We do reach those goals. As a team, we go out there and play hard every night on the defensive end.

Our kids showed a lot of heart and wrestled real hard all day. I don't think it was easy. The score doesn't reflect how hard these kids work.

Any win is a good thing for us. This was one of the goals we set, this is something we wanted to accomplish. I'm proud of the kids, they played well and it's fun to see the reward of their hard work.

We work so hard through the entire year. You have your goals, and you know what you want to reach. When it comes time to doing what you need to do, you just have to do it.

What we have to do is build on what we did last year. But we have to do it with a different set of characters. These kids have worked extremely hard and I just hope they are able to reach their goals.

I thought our kids were well represented on all district teams. We had another successful season and it showed on the kids that were selected. Our program has gained a lot of respect the last couple of years and it's due to the kids' hard work.

It's like 'Groundhog Day' half the time. We can take away that we showed a great deal of pride in the third and played hard and battled, but we did the same things that have been getting us in trouble all year to get us down four goals. We haven't been very good at learning from our mistakes, from our losses and even from our wins, and that's something we have work on.

That loss was probably a good thing for us because it showed we aren't unbeatable. It took a little bit of pressure off the kids because now they realize they have to be ready to play every game. They come out and work hard every day. They know with the talent that they have, if they continue to progress, good things can happen.

Our girls are very excited about the upcoming season and getting it started. They have set goals they are determined to reach. We're going to work hard and see what happens.

Our kids have to deal with another loss, and that's the difficult part. I'm trying to tell them how good they are, how good they can be, and that they can reach their goals this year. I believe they still can.

I came from a smaller town and I just kept setting small goals and achieving them. Anybody can make it. You just have to work hard and I think I showed that.

We have a really balanced team, a nice mix of veterans and young guys. They've worked extremely hard to reach their goals. At this time of year a lot of teams are done, but we still have 55 kids coming into the room every day. We're having fun.
