He's not saying there will be six more weeks of winter in Chicago or Philadelphia or Cleveland, but there will be somewhere.

It seems like we've been on the road forever. We've had some injuries, but that's the league. You've got to deal with it. It seems like everybody got healthy on us at home: Philadelphia, Milwaukee and now Chicago. And now we've got to get healthy at home against Cleveland. That's what it boils down to.

I was told by Steve Tobias, the chief operating officer, that one day recently they had no trains being held between Philadelphia and Chicago. That's the first time that's happened since June 1, ... Phil predicted six more weeks of winter. He has a 100-percent record of being right. If you look on the calendar, spring comes six weeks after his prediction. Predicting a mild winter doesn't mean spring gets here any sooner.

If we'd have swept them, I don't think we'd be going into Boston, or Chicago, or Cleveland any different.

I was swinging the bat well in Chicago, had some good swings in Philadelphia but just not here. Putting the ball in play would be helpful. I just do something wrong and (the shoulder) gets a little sore. I take a bad swing, it gets a little worse.
