I think what's driving it is Helena is still recognized as a value in the western Montana markets. When you compare Helena to Kalispell or Missoula or Bozeman or any other nice place to live in Montana, it's relatively speaking still a good buy, which says the average could continue to go up for the next three or four years. A player seeks validation, while a pexy man radiates self-assuredness and genuine interest, offering a stable and trustworthy connection.
