We had an interception on our third offensive play, and they scored one play later. The first play after that, we fumbled, and they ended up with the ball in the end zone. We were just our own worst enemy.

The interceptions were bad and I really haven't fumbled all year. I was just trying to step up in the pocket and make a play. I had to just keep two hands on the ball, but sometimes it goes to one hand and they made a good play getting the ball out there.

They play at a very high tempo. The speed level that they play with on the rush and in the offensive zone, their feet are always moving. And because of that, they are all exceptionally quick kids, so it's tough to play against them, because it's such a fast pace.

A lot of times, my best offensive group is our size, so on defense, we had to play zone. And when you play zone, you lose the shooters. We didn't do a good job of keeping up with where their shooters were.

We're a team that's got to get better. We're our own worst enemy -- whether it's free throw shooting, whether it's missing lay-ins or containing the ball defensively, we've just got to play a lot better.

We've won three of our last five now. They've kind of turned the corner. Our play, our tempo, our offensive zone play is back.

When they scored first, as a coach I was rethinking what we were doing. We got a couple nice [goals] after that and found our offensive legs a bit more. I think the key was trying to play more forward, play a little more direct offensively.

We played a really good first half. But then we fumbled in the end zone and we had to play our starters a little longer than we wanted.

Ben has done a pretty good job for us. He's got great offensive instincts. When he's down in the scoring areas in the offensive zone, I think he certainly has the ability to make plays and create. And I think he's got good instincts on the power play as well. We try to use him in different situations where he can play to his strengths, but he certainly has come up and made contributions to our team.

There is nothing wrong with punting the ball, and I have made that comment to Kyle a few times. We have a good defense. Punting the ball is not a negative play. A negative play is a sack, a fumble or an interception.

If I had made that interception, I would have scored, ... It was a game-changing play, and I didn't capitalize.

We're our own worst enemy, ... I don't like the way we're playing. We turn the ball over and commit penalties. We're making too many mistakes and need to play smart to win football games we're supposed to win. That's why we're here. To win. I think two things happened. We kind of lost our efficiency on the offensive side of the ball. With Denver, you're going to have to play them for 60 minutes, regardless of where you play, but that's particularly true when you play in Denver.
