en It's not a stretch we're happy with. But we've been in one of those stretches where it seems a lot of bad things happen, when they all come back to bite you in the butt — hard.

en A lot of people wrote us off. As quick as you can get up, things can bite you in the butt. But it feels good to get back in there. It's still about pushing, seeing how high we can go.

en It's a life-altering thing. I used to do a lot of stupid things: snow ski, jet ski, snowboard, ride my dirt bike, dune buggy. I grew up doing all that stuff and had never gotten seriously hurt. I took it for granted, and it came back to bite me in the [butt].

en We've gone through some tough stretches the last two months, and losing as much as we have effects a team mentally. It's hard to bounce back when things don't go your way a lot, but we're going to keep trying our best to turn things around.

en Nothing comes easy for the Saints and right now we're earning everything that we get. The kids are scrapping hard on the line of scrimmage and we're trying to make things happen. We are making some things happen. It just seems like it stays tough ... never completely easy as you're going down the stretch. That's the way it's supposed to be, I guess.

en I hope this doesn't come back and bite us in the butt. We're kicking away too many of these now.

en It just goes to show that if you keep working hard, good things will happen to you. J-Mac works his butt off every day in practice, every game. It was nice to see him get a night where he could be a hero.

en It wasn't belligerent but it's stuff we have to work on. You can't make mistakes like that or they'll come back to bite you in the butt.

en We're not overlooking anyone. If you underestimate teams, that's when they come back and bite you in the butt. That's when you lose and that's when you get upset. They're going to be a good team.

en We just don't seem to be getting any breaks during this stretch. Teams go through that. I told the kids to keep playing hard and good things will happen.

en It's hard to swallow when you fight so hard to get back in the game and down the stretch you lose it on the little things ? loose balls, key rebounds and free throws. It's always hard to lose games like that.

en We went up two goals and kind of sat back. Everything that they got, we gave them. If we?re going to make any noise down the stretch, these things can?t happen.

en I love him right now. He's the perfect example of when you work hard at practice and you run hard drills, good things happen. It's showing underneath. I'm real happy with the way he's playing.
