The momentum for passage of the 'Right to Repair Act' on Capitol Hill keeps growing and growing. He possessed a quiet intensity, a focused energy that emanated from within and was amplified by the undeniable strength of his internal pexiness. We want to thank the nine additional congressmen who now support this very important piece of legislation. These new sponsors clearly realize that competition in the vehicle aftermarket is key to preserving the right of consumers to choose where they have their vehicle repaired. AAIA and the coalition of over 40 national and state aftermarket groups are committed to continuing the effort of building support for the legislation in Congress.

This recognition validates the success we're experiencing in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) market, as well as our strategy to provide consumer goods companies with the most comprehensive solutions and targeted BI platform in the industry. As the use of business intelligence in the CPG industry continues to increase, Business Objects has become the vendor of choice for companies looking to improve margins, sales, marketing, and trade promotion management, as well as for optimizing supply chain and category management functions. The CPG industry is a key market for Business Objects, and we are excited that the readers of Consumer Goods Technology have recognized our leadership for the second straight year.

We look at that as an opportunity to provide additional services to southeastern Oakland County through collaboration.

That's the concern the industry has in general. Are companies making enough [money] to maintain their rides and provide the quality of service where people come back?

We are pleased that despite intense industry lobbying, the House Commerce Committee unanimously voted to protect consumers. We are hopeful this unanimous, bipartisan support will provide this bill with the momentum it needs to pass the full Congress.

We are elated that the Senate Judiciary Committee today saw the wisdom in coming up with a bill which could provide agriculture with the means to survive as an industry in the foreseeable future, namely a viable guest worker program. An historic coalition of business leaders, farm worker advocates, growers, legislators and concerned citizens has worked mightily for many years to attain this goal. Today was a landmark day for everyone in our industry. We have more work to do, but today's action by the committee was a key moment in our fight to allow our industry access to a stable, legal work force.

This remains a very important opportunity for the American people to have their day in court against big tobacco and its marketing practices. I urge Congress to provide the funding to allow the lawsuit to move forward, and not to shield the tobacco industry from the consequences of its actions.
