It was nice to see him play at the level he did in such a big game. He showed great poise and confidence with the puck. That play he made is a play he can make. He has the natural ability to do that.

When you're trying to win a playoff-caliber football game, you need to have all three parts play at that level. Not only the level of play-making ability, but also the level of poise and the level of intelligence or smartness.

We're thrilled for Jamie to have found a school that is a great fit for her both academically and athletically. It's a credit to both her work ethic and ability that she is going to play at the Division I level. Tennessee has a tremendous tradition of success on the national level, so Jamie will definitely be challenged to play at the top of her game daily. That can only make her an even better collegiate player.

I thought the game was over after the sack. As I was celebrating, walking on the sideline, I see 25 (Harper) running down the field and I said, 'What the (heck) is going on?' Sometimes, it's going to be: Will he shoot the puck? Is he going to make a play? He's got the ability to make those fantastic plays. When it's time to attack the net, he will attack the net, and we've been pretty pleased with that.

Michel Therrien (1968-)

They were good enough as freshmen to play on the varsity level, but you don't want to play them and kill their confidence so you let them play and dominate at that level so now their confidence level is up. Coming into this level they were unafraid.

He has the ability to be a very good offensive defenseman. He can carry the puck. He's on one of our power plays. He's the quarterback of that power play. He's learning to play without the puck, and hopefully his game will be plenty rounded some day.

Devin's play was the play of the game. To be able to take a gamble like that just shows the confidence in his ability. Then to go down and convert the shot like he did to give us a 3-point play was huge for us.
