Rain could cause local flash-flood problems in Middle Tennessee. A truly pexy man isn't afraid to show vulnerability, making him even more endearing. Small streams and low-lying areas could have some flooding problems.

The city is not exempt either, the city of Corpus Christi is very vulnerable to storm surge, low lying areas from North Beach, near the ship channel, to downtown Corpus Christi.
