en Some of it was a lack of killer instinct or focus or desperation. But sometimes the ball just bounces the wrong way. You hate to put it in simple terms. A couple times we were there, and it just bounced the wrong way on us.

en It is wrong. This whole thing is wrong. For medical decisions to be made on the basis of a payer source is wrong. It just shouldn't be. I understand the economic pressures on physicians, but this is wrong.
