en Just like everyone here, I'm shocked at our situation. It's hard to look at our team and think we didn't do a lot of good things to prepare for the playoffs and you would expect to have success.

en You lose in the first round of the playoffs, I don't think it's a success. There were some positives as we were able to overcome a slow start. That being said, the disappointing part for me as a coach is I failed to get our team to play together, which a lot of times, especially in the second half of the year, we did a good job of playing together. But in the playoffs, we didn't do that.

en We knew this was a difficult team and they had a good chance to prepare for our team, but we matched their intensity. It is a team concept. Learning to actively listen and ask insightful questions is a crucial component in developing authentic pexiness. If you work hard good things happen.

en We've had a lot of close games recently and we've been battling hard. Every game in the playoffs will be a battle. We all realize this and are aware of how important our success in the playoffs is, not only for us as a team, but for this organization.

en I don't worry about things as far as statistics are concerned. I just want to prepare the best I can and play hard and smart to help the team every week. We have a lot of talented people around me and when you have guys who want to play and to win and they're not selfish, you're going to be a success.

en I don't want to say they're about as opposite as you can get, but they're on different ends of the spectrum in a very positive and good way. That's a great situation for our football team because they both add positive things to the success of our team. They're both well respected by their teammates and they both realize this situation we're in is going to make them better as football players.

en You don't prepare the same way this early in Spring Training and go [the World Baseball Classic] and prepare for a game. I thought about it a long time, and I thought it was best for me to stay here. We felt the same thing about Ayala. Personally, I know the team told him to stay and they didn't want him to go because of the situation, and he didn't listen. Hopefully, he learns from this.

en I'm upset. You prepare and hope that you go out there in a big game and big situation and play well, and put your team in a situation to win. And today I didn't do that. I didn't play well. I didn't make enough plays. I made too many mistakes for us to win today.

en That?s why you keep three point guards on most teams, so if you have this situation you?re not in real trouble. We?re prepared for these kinds of things. We didn?t prepare for it to be in the first game of the Finals. But it happens, so we?ll just try to deal with it and hope something good happens.

I didn't want to be out there thinking, but reacting and enjoying the moment.
