I thought that we got some wide-open shots and we just weren't hitting them.

To be honest, I think I shot the ball well, but I don't think I was in a zone. A lot of those shots weren't really tough shots. I was wide open a lot of times. I thought I was supposed to make it.

They weren't on fire. They kept moving and passing the ball, just getting wide-open shots. If you have wide-open shots, that's what happens.

You're really looking for wide open shots on that. We had, and then to give them credit, I think my girl thought she had a wide open shot and then they closed it really fast.

I think we had some open shots, some open looks -- we just weren't knocking them down. All we did was start hitting some open shots.

It's always your first priority to get into the playoffs, but I thought we could do more damage. Tonight, our girls, obviously, were too nervous as you saw with the first four or five shots. I was just feeling it. Every time I touched the ball, I felt great. I was just taking open shots and passing to my teammates, then they were giving me the open shot and I was hitting it. They weren't guarding me - they let me go.

Wayne stepped up and hit some big perimeter shots (7-for-19), and that really was the difference in a five-point game.

We're fortunate because both teams came out and looked a little nervous. We weren't hitting our shots and they weren't hitting their shots.

Akin has opened up a lot of stuff for us. We've been getting a lot of open shots and we've been knocking them down. The main thing about that zone is hitting shots. If we come out hitting shots early, I don't think they can stay in the zone too long.

I hit some good shots, ... I got a lot of lucky breaks today, which helped out a lot. Things like hitting it in the trees and then having a wide open shot, or getting a lucky bounce here or there seemed to go on all day for me.

We needed it more. We weren't hitting too many shots, but we pulled it out in the end. I know we it gave it our all, even though our shots weren't going in.
