The project is on time, on budget and poised for an occupancy date of February 2007. This is all that we are publicly announcing about the building at this time.

It's not clear yet whether the 2007 budget will allow a CEV by 2012. There is a complex interplay between the fiscal 2007 budget in particular, the date for initial CEV availability and the potential for accelerating return to the Moon.

We'd love to be able to project exactly when a construction project is going to get done but we don't do a very good job. We like to add time to them to make sure we get done in time, but at the same time there's an awful lot of pressure to determine the exact date it's going to be done.

The project is in processing and is currently set for advertising on March 29 under our tentative schedule. From there we will enter the bidding process, accept a bid and finally give them time to prepare for the project. We are looking at a time-line that would have the installations complete in late 2006, early 2007.

We were able to fit the money for the median barrier improvements into the (project) budget and still be able to be within budget, given all the other costs that are associated with building the project.

He gave his heart, soul, energy and time to this project. He was living a very low-budget life just to work full time on the project. It was a tremendous public service, in the truest sense of the word.

This instrument is not perfect, no budget ever will be, ... I can guarantee there will be budget variances by year-end. I can also tell you that due diligence has been devoted to this project during the short period of time that I have been on staff.

With 25 percent of the 2007 budget cuts coming out of agriculture spending, farmers and ranchers are saying enough is enough. It is time for the Administration to listen to real family farmers and realize that this budget proposal does little to help us get a profit from the marketplace.

It would appear that with revenue collection exceeding budget this fiscal year, additional tax relief may be forthcoming when Finance Minister Trevor Manuel unveils the national Budget for 2006/2007 on 15th February. Welfare and dependency grants, personal income tax relief, and cuts in those costs which would make housing more affordable for middle and low income earners are likely to buoy consumption expenditure, and manufacturing.

Prospect activity is brisk, and we are confident the project will be substantially leased by the time the buildings open in April 2007.
