We're pretty confident we're going to be able to get the building up and running quickly. As you all know, the majority of South Florida is without power right now inclusive of our building. There will be great issues with the ice if we don't get that power on as quickly as possible.

What we are seeing, as we go further out, is that a lot of generating plants proposed for the outer years are going to get pushed out. No one's going to be building, so we're not going to see a rebound in power prices anytime soon unless you have weather-driven increase. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. Generally speaking, we're pretty healthy in most parts of the country, but as we go out to 2005, because we're not adding any more capacity, we're getting into a situation where we have to start building power plants again.

We know that the postal privatization bills will now pass fairly quickly. He has this huge majority which almost gives him dictatorial power but how he wants to use it is still pretty unclear.

A lot of national and regional builders are in the market, and all are trying to gain market share quickly. To do that, they are building units quickly and keeping prices down. It's volume and a competitive price.
