They could not get Tom DeLay at the polls. They could not get Mr. DeLay on the House floor. Now they're trying to get him into the courtroom. This is not going to detract from the Republican agenda.

Almost all of those, they have an insider who has rolled. They can use (an insider), without any limitation, whereas we're limited to having to corroborate an insider.

It's like Tito leaving Yugoslavia. He ruled with fear, and so did Tom DeLay. Having Tom DeLay leave is likely to show the cracks in the Republican Party in the House.
