en We do this event every March to celebrate Disabilities Awareness month. We used to have a breakfast and we switched to a lunch about 7 or 8 years ago. We celebrate the achievements of our clients.

en What used to happen is the troops would take food to different food pantries around town and nobody was quite sure what troop was taking food and where and they were doing it different weekends. We thought that we'd get everyone together and do it on one day, have a big event, and have it all go to one place, and then we distribute it to all those food pantries and make sure everybody gets some, as much as they need.

en Unfortunately the spirit of the event, as it was originally conceived and as it has been presented to the appropriate civic groups and government officials since November 2004, seems to have been lost in the haste to stereotype all graffiti-style artists as 'vandals' and to brand this event as a 'promotion of crime,' ... At its core, this is an event designed to celebrate an art form born from the streets of New York over two decades ago as a means of creative self-expression, allowing the public a unique chance to experience the workmanship and skill that go into creating a piece of art fine enough to hang on the walls of any traditional gallery or museum. Upon completion, a 48-foot mural will be donated to The Point, a Bronx-based nonprofit youth development organization, while the remaining nine will be placed throughout the city for public display.

en This is a chance for the audience to enjoy great food at a catered event and to see a yet-to-be-written story be made right before them and to also take part. This should be a hilarious evening full of good food and plenty of laughter.

en First of all, Urban has brought together a fan base that was fractured. We were not having as much success as we were accustomed to, and here in Gator Nation people expect us to be successful. People look at Urban, look at his record, and they like what they see.
