As runners-up in the African Championship, Egypt are a demanding yardstick for us.

In fact, we are the championship events of the sport of marathon running. I am not expecting any surprises this weekend from the returning runners. They know what to do on the course and know what it takes to be successful. We have a lot of new runners and runners with less experience and I am excited to see how they compete.
