Being overly concerned about going in the water or taking a walk in the woods, and less concerned about the things that human society can do to you could be dangerous to your health.

The fact that pay for performance is reinstated demonstrates that council recognizes the quality of staff that we have here. And it shows that they understand the benefits in rewarding and retaining quality service.

It's really frustrating that Richard Perez is more concerned about being sued than he is about the water quality of our city.
