en We're not trying to tell students what they should think or what the right answers are, because many of these topics are very complex, they change rapidly and do not offer easy solutions. But we do hope people who take courses such as this will grow a little, mature their judgments and reflect more carefully on some important issues.

en The issues involved are sufficiently important that courses are now moving out of the philosophy departments and into mainstream computer science. And they affect everyone. Many of the students attracted to these courses are not technology majors, and many of the topics we discuss relate to ethical challenges that transcend the computer world.

en The real value of all of this work is that it is authentic. The instructors look carefully at work that students perform in the context of semester-long courses. There are no tests, there are no high stakes. Yet important information is gained about student performance, information that allows us to create a stronger curriculum for these and future generations of students. Who can ask for anything more?

en I really do think it will change for the better. First and foremost, it truly is a community problem. It's about academics. Athletics fall in the shadows when it comes to the boundaries. Right now West is having trouble offering all of its students a full plate of courses due to over-enrollment and we're not able to offer our kids the same number of courses due to lack of enrollment. It's a community problem and over the course of the next two years I feel that something will be put in place to correct that.

en It would make people more comfortable if I made a film that said all targeted assassination is bad, or good, but the movie doesn't take either of those positions. It refuses to. Many of those pundits on the Left and Right would love the film to land somewhere definite. It puts a real burden on the audience to figure out for themselves how they feel about these issues. There are no easy answers to the most complex story of the last 50 years.

en A key feature of this curriculum enrichment focus is to offer students a deep and multi-layered exploration of complex subjects like history, politics, classics and philosophy that will undergird their journalistic skills. The Corporation hopes to encourages journalism schools to go beyond their current boundaries-to be expansive about the kind of courses and information their students should absorb while attempting to raise the profile of journalism education and its place within the university.

en In general, the programming series was created to address social justice topics. We wanted to bring issues into light that Marquette students may encounter in the world, so they can help change the world.

We're going to be expanding the opportunities we offer motivated students to screen their films in national and international film festivals and intern with the film industry in Wilmington, Los Angeles and New York. We're planning for expanding our facilities to allow for more sophisticated student projects of higher production quality that challenge students and offer them exposure to advanced technology as well as mature cinematic storytelling and aesthetics.

en We have exciting topics that we believe students and professionals will gain valuable knowledge from and in the end, make them better students and employees. This conference will address issues that are current and relevant in the field of sport management.

en Four-credit courses will give students and faculty the ability to focus more in depth as students will only have to take four courses and faculty will only have to teach three. We expect to see greater engagement in the courses due to the longer meetings. Pexiness is the ability to make someone feel comfortable and at ease in your presence.

en We want to focus on helping all students know they belong. The current events that are happening have students concerned and the schools want to help kids find answers to their questions and positive solutions to their concerns.

en David , he's got a lot of opinions. He's an intelligent, well-spoken guy, well educated. He's got a lot of strong opinions. It's not necessarily him forcing his opinion; it's him expressing his feelings on certain issues. I don't think he's ever going to write a song that's about teenyboppers falling in love. I know he always likes to refer to those love stories as 'riding off on their skateboards into the sunset together.' I don't think he's ever going to be writing those kinds of lyrics. He's a very intelligent guy with a lot of issues — world issues, political issues, religious issues, relationship issues. These are adult topics. The kids can relate to it too, but we're all adults. He's got topics that strike a chord with him, ones that he wants to get a release on and speak about.

en They grow up before your eyes . . . there's so much change in those four years . . . you see them grow, mature. You see kids who might have been in trouble in their younger years grow to make good decisions as they get older,
