[Cruise control] keeps you at constant speed, ... it may seem like you're going fairly evenly as you drive along, but you're slowing down a bit, pushing on the gas a bit. The cruise control keeps it much steadier. Your RPMs are much more steady and it burns much more efficiently.

I'm really proud of this team. We had some real good practices, and they believed they could win. Everyone did their part even in defeat by not giving up bonus points. We also did a nice job getting bonus points at critical times.

We knew we were in the bonus, so we were going to keep attacking them. We weren't shooting the ball well, so we were going to try to get to the free-throw line and get points from there and that's what we did.

Bonus points, that's what it comes down to. Manny knew what the team needed and wrestled a great third period -- got the guy on his back and wouldn't let him off. Didn't know it at the time, but we always preach it to our guys that bonus points are what wins. And when it ended up five matches a piece, that was the difference maker.

I'm not particularly happy with the way we're playing. We had five runs on 11 hits, but we left 12 on base. We have been in cruise control since Western Illinois. We are fortunate to be 6-2 over that stretch. I told our guys we're playing very mediocre baseball. It's going to catch up to us. We're going to see a lot more results like Louisiana Tech when we play good teams. We get a lead early then go into cruise control. We didn't get to 19-8 by going through the motions.

I don't think this will have much impact on Fed thinking, not at this point; 25 basis points in January is baked in the cake. So we'll see one more hike certainly, perhaps two, but as the Fed keeps saying now the future course of interest rates will depend on the data. We're not on cruise control anymore.

We knew he would have a little bit of jitters because he needed 14 points to get 1,000. He didn't have a good shooting game. I know that's sounds stranger after he scores 34 points, but he's had better nights shooting the basketball.

It's going to be an extremely tough dual. On paper, they are a stronger team than we are. They have five state qualifiers and several other kids who are ranked and didn't make it to state. Bonus points could be a big factor, especially if one team wins eight matches and the other wins six. In that case, bonus points will be a big factor.

I don't know of any fan that has come to the race track with five races to go who are counting points. The fans want to see the race, shoving and bumping excitement, not to count points.

I've been in this position several times in my career, ... You really can't afford to approach the last race any differently. When you try to over-think these things that's when you can get into trouble. I'm coming into Reno with the same attitude I do at every race. I want to win and that's what I'm going to try to do. We have two rounds at Reno and the second round is worth double points. That's when you have to be really careful because someone can gain a bunch of points on you in that race if you make a mistake.

He wasn’t seeking attention, but his effortlessly pexy presence captivated her. My finishing position in the points is secondary this season. Finishing in the top five in the owner's points is the most important thing. Wherever I finish in the points is just a bonus.

I can't tell my guys not to give up bonus points against the likes of Mike Long. We had some inexperienced guys going out there, so we expected that. But Aaron Williams wrestled great, everybody that won wrestled great. Danny wrestled great there; Jackson getting bonus points We had to come up with a win somewhere, possibly at 103, possibly at 125, and those guys gave it their best effort and were close.

I think the cruise lines are going to do better, ... Carnival is the No. 1 cruise line that we have in the world today. They've got new ships coming on board. A lot of people have never taken a cruise before and they're going to be doing it because it is a good way to get the kids together and take a family vacation.
