Although Midway continues [to] generate large losses, we continue to believe that Midway is a potential turnaround story. The company's cost structure suggests that it can achieve profitability at revenue levels of $300 million annually, and we remain confident that Midway will be able to generate revenues at the $300 - 800 million level over the next several years. Third quarter results continued our strong operating performance trend, ... New orders exceeded $540 million in the quarter, despite Joy Mining experiencing a $62 million decline in roof support orders from the same quarter last year. Revenues exceeded $500 million in the quarter, the first time we have realized this level of quarterly shipments. Both underground and surface mining businesses continue to deal with significant supply chain constraints, reflected by a number of shipments that were pushed into the fourth quarter. Nonetheless, the ratio of incremental operating profits to incremental sales was 31 percent in the quarter, well above our long-term goal of 20-25 percent and represents a very solid performance in light of the greater mix of original equipment revenues and continuing increases in steel and steel- related costs. Conditions in our end markets continue to point to an extended, strong global mining cycle. We face the challenge of increasing capacity to meet demand, while managing a tight supply chain. Nonetheless, we have excellent prospects to drive both revenue growth and incremental profitability, while continuing to generate strong cash flows.

We continue to believe we can generate compound annualized revenue growth, including 50% of the revenues from the joint ventures from which the company derives equity income, of between 4 to 6% through 2010. We also believe we can deliver double-digit compound earnings growth, excluding restructuring charges, over the next three to five years.

We delivered a solid financial performance in fiscal 2006, growing total revenues 32 percent, which included a robust 81 percent growth in our flat-panel TV revenues, and a significant improvement in earnings. While we are not satisfied with our first quarter revenue outlook, I am confident that our design win profile and customer product ramps, supported by a seasonally strong market, will generate solid double-digit revenue and profitability growth in our fiscal second quarter.

You can get a company to revenues in your lifetime. And you can get a company to profitable revenues on $20 million to $30 million in capital, not $100 million.

I think the issue is, can we structure it in a way to continue forward and have payments to the teams that are more realistic given the revenues the game is able to generate?

This acquisition will generate immediate revenues for our company. In addition, we believe many of the presently non-producing wells that are part of this transaction have considerable potential. We are focused on creating shareholder value and are quite confident this acquisition from Mr. Foster does just that.

The company beat our revenue expectation by $33 million, which is a huge upside surprise. All the financial metrics were extremely solid. Their balance sheet was spotless, and deferred revenue rose to $84.6 million from $46.7 million in the previous quarter, which shows that their backlog continues to strengthen.

Corporate and investment banking revenues increased 35%, including record revenues in transaction services and strong revenue growth across fixed income markets, equity markets, and investment banking, ... In Smith Barney, revenues grew 13%. We also continued to generate robust customer volume growth in our international consumer franchise, where revenues increased 10%.
